The site collects only the data needed to operate accounts, membership, alerts, and service security. Personal information is not sold.

Data collected
This includes email, display name, language preference, login sessions, bookmarks, watchlists, user-entered positions and alert settings, plus order, refund, redemption, and account activity records. When public subscriptions are enabled, it also includes subscription email, confirmation and unsubscribe state, bounce or complaint state, and encrypted Telegram identifiers. Full card numbers are not stored by the site.
How data is used
Data supports authentication, access grants, payment reconciliation, matching factual coverage and calendar items to user-entered watchlists or positions, sending confirmed material updates and member-research summaries, unsubscribe, bounce and complaint handling, refunds and support, fraud prevention, incident diagnosis, and required recordkeeping. Watchlists and positions are not used to generate personalized trading guidance.
Providers and international processing
The site sends Dodo the purchasing account's email, selected billing region, product and necessary order-binding information for hosted payments, taxes and access reconciliation. Detailed payment information is processed at Dodo checkout; the site does not store full card numbers. Hosting, monitoring and translation providers process only necessary data. Resend or Telegram processes delivery data only when that subscription channel is enabled. Data may be processed outside the user's location.
Retention and security
Account data is retained until a deletion request is completed. Orders, refunds, fraud prevention, and audit records are retained as required. Server-side access controls, encrypted transport, least-privilege access, and recovery controls are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.
User choices
Users complete email double opt-in through the confirmation message, stop email through the link in every message, and stop Bot alerts with Telegram /stop. Members can export account data, manage personalized alerts, or request deletion in the member center. Public alerts contain only titles, summaries, and permission-protected detail links, never member-only bodies. Records required for law or payment disputes may not be deleted immediately.
